On June 8, 2018, at Georgian Academy of agricultural Sciences, on the initiative of Tengiz Kurashvili, a Round Table was organized for the national coordinators working in the field of veterinary. The meeting discussed two major problems: 1. Conditions of cattle housing n Georgia ( presenter Academician Tengiz Kurashvili)

2. Application of bacterial treatment for speedy composting of scores. Presenter Director of Bio Elements Agro Elene Bokuchava.  

The following academicians took part in the work of the round table: Elguja Shapakidze, Jemal Gugushvili, and Dr, Anatoli Giorgadze, Dr. R. Lolishvili, Dr. M. Barvenashvili, the representative of Bio Elements Agro Davit Gvardashvili and other guests, among them foreign representatives of the company, and the members of coordinating group.  

 The Round Table was opened by the speech of academician Tengiz Kurashvili who spoke about the present conditions of Cattle housing and the problems which are common for all regions of Georgia. 

The second problem was highlighted by the Director of Bio Elements Agro Elene Bokuchava who spoke about application of bacterial treatment for speedy composting of scores. Also gave information about main direction of the company which is a production of bacterial treatment for cattle breeding and plant management. With the help of the proper treatment , it is possible to produce various means for plant protection means and bio-stimulators.

Particular attention was paid to the treatment against Marmorated Stink Bug, testing of which is conducted in Abkhazia. The discussion around the problem will be raised again with participation of Acad. Guram Aleksidze and E. Bokuchava. 

 At the end of Round Table Meeting, Tengiz Kurashvili thanked the guests and to all participants of the meeting for fruitful work during the meeting. Elene Bokuchava expressed her readiness to visit  the Academy for further discussions and to deliver latest information.
