Under the Georgian Academy of Agricultural Sciences the new "Agrobiodiversity Coordination Center" started functioning headed by the Academy Vice President academician Guram Aleksidze, Academician Anatoli Giorgadze, Dr. David Magradze, scientific secretary Tinatin Epitashvili. The center unites scientists working in the above field, having much experience in conducting researches in vine, fruits, subtropical crops, vegetables, pulse crops, poultry and animal husbandry. The catalogue has already been published in four languages (Georgian, Latin, English, Russian). There are used in edition such materials which were being studied during several years by the famous scientists - N. Ketskhoveli, S. Cholokashvili, M. Ramishvili, V. Kantaria and others.
